Nau mai, haere mai! - I am an abstract painter based in the Manawatū, Aotearoa, working intuitively through energy, movement, and connection. For the past four years, painting has been my primary language—an evolving practice where no two works are ever the same, yet each piece carries a distinct and recognisable essence.

My process is embodied and expressive. I do not seek rigid perfection or traditional fine art constraints; instead, I work with fluidity, allowing paint to move, spill, and respond. Each work is created in rhythm with seasonal shifts, reflecting both the environment and an internal sense of presence.

Deeply influenced by the natural world, I create with an awareness of whenua, energy, and the unseen forces that shape our experience. My current focus is on large-scale works and natural canvas wall hangings, designed to hold space—pieces that feel immersive, grounded, and alive.

While my journey with art has been personally transformative, my work speaks less to the story and more to the potency of the outcome. Each piece stands as an energetic offering—raw, honest, and open for interpretation.
